I cannot thank Aaron enough for his professionalism and conduct upon selling my property. When searching for an agent their values need to align with mine and Aaron was the perfect match, He took a real and humble human approach to things and not in for the suits or cars thus making him a real human! I thought selling a house was a stressful event however Aaron made it a breeze! his communication was phenomenal and always updated every step of the way. His knowledge of the market was amazing, his ability to manage the vacate process with my tenant was with respect to both the tenant and my property. I have been associated with Eloise for a period of almost 2 years.

As she is my property manager, I have found her to be very Professional and efficient but at

the same time very friendly and helpful.

I love where we live and Eloise and her team At Konnect Property Management have been a

pleasure to deal with.

Needless to say we are extremely satisfied with the results. I will let my mum know about this, she could really make use of Konnect Property Management!

I am writing as I wish to express my deepest gratitude to Doug and Alex Salter.

Never have I experienced such amazing customer service before! When moving to Brisbane

from Melbourne I had 8 viewings with different building booked in to find an apartment in

the inner city.

Magnus at Kangaroo Point was my first appointment, I was greeted by Doug with a beaming

smile! I felt so comfortable, and he showed me and my friend who was helping at the time

around 5 apartments that were available. His enthusiasm, outstanding customer service and

support throughout the whole process was impeccable. So much so that we agreed on one of

the apartments and I cancelled all my other viewings booked with other agencies.

After this Alex assisted with processing our application, and again her whole approach to

looking after us was outstanding. She was incredibly helpful and informative and although I

hadn’t met her in person, she had such a warm approach my whole experience with Pointcorp

felt like a breath of fresh air.

Since moving into the apartment, the service, we have received has continued to be

wonderful. Nothing has ever been too much trouble; communication responses are quick and

thorough, and we genuinely feel cared for.

Overall, since October 2018 I have had the best experience in Property Management, I ever

thought was possible – thank you!!

I just wanted to say Konnect Property Management has been one of the best Real Estate

Manangement have been amazing they do the most amazing job, always checking in to make

I have known Alexzandria Salter for just under five years now. I first met her when she

became my property manager, at a property located in Sherwood, Queensland. During her

time as my property manager, she was always quick to help, very approachable and

encouraged community spirit in the complex she managed. She was always happy to

introduce new tenants to people she felt were like-minded and helped foster new friendships,

making new people feel very welcomed to their new chosen home.

Over the years Alexzandria has always displayed a steadfast work ethic and has shown time

and time again she will always have time to listen and help tenants where possible. Anytime I

had an issue with my property she was always available to help guide me through the process

needed to rectify the issue.

I don’t currently live in a property managed by Alexzandria, but I do know if given the

opportunity to have her as my property manager again, I would, as she can make living in a

complex feel like you are living within a community and more homelike.

In 2017 and after not moving for nearly 10 years, my wife and I were in fairly new territory.

However, after seeing an advertisement for the Bloom Estate – being built not far from our

current home, my wife decided to give Eloise a call.

Even though only some of the estate was finished, Eloise was quick to reassure my wife that

new houses were only weeks from being completed and she was sure she could assist us in

finding a new home. She was very quick in organising inspections, providing floor plans to

unfinished houses etc. We didn’t even bother trying to find another property. We decided

after first meeting Eloise that Bloom is where we wanted to live.

Once my wife had decided on what she was looking for, Eloise had contacted us within 48

hours to advise she had a found us a rental – in a brand-new home. Not only that but it was

exactly what my wife requested and available at the same time our current lease had expired.

The transition was super smooth – Eloise made everything so easy for us – She even greeted

us on moving day and took a photo of us in front of our new house!

We have already signed our first lease extension, and another is just around the corner. Eloise

and the Team at Konnect Property Management are the pinnacle of where Real Estate agents

should be. They are professional, thorough and above all a team of people that you can trust.

I have rented my entire adult life (43 years old) and can honestly say I’ve never felt more at

home than I do at Bloom Estate with Eloise and her team.

I just want to say how grateful we are to be renting with Konnect Property Management and

also how fortunate we were to have met Eloise when we’ve been looking for rental property

at the time we had put through many applications through other real estate agents but they

seem to take their time to look at applications or in most cases they just don’t call you or reply back to any of your messages.

Luckily I got a call from Eloise and she was aware of our situation and knew we were

running out of time she was so helpful she showed me a few houses on that same day and

also looked at our application on that very same day and got us approved, we can’t say thank

you enough for all Eloise has done for us.

A few words of thanks – we have been fortunate to rent in the ‘Bloom Complex’ in

Coomera. The assistance we have received from viewing to leasing has been professional
